I think the cheapest I have seen is at the King Ranch, but they are not cheap.

I bring people sometimes and let them shoot them off our place for free
. I brought my buddy and he shot a bull two years ago and slicktrick shot a cow. It cost him $900 for the mount and 650 for processing the meat. He spent $1500 on a free hunt.

Depends what you think is cheap I guess but this seems reasonable.
