Whitetail? Exotics? Both? Reasonable Pricing with Rifles is hard to come by. The success rate is higher. I have hunted Brushy Creek Outdoors in College Station with Rifle and his prices are average and fair when it comes to exotics and Whitetails and rifle hunts when compared to other outfitters who are looking to make money off of people like your boss who are trying to entertain customers. He allows both Rifle and Bow. You draw blood and its a kill. In my experiences, reasonable pricing is hard to find when it comes to rifle hunts and a boss trying to entertain customers.

Koon's Canyon Ranch. West of San Antonio I beleive less than 2 hours. The owner actually lives in Houston himself. Great operation, great people, and lots of quality animals with several species available. Nice lodging that can take quite a few guests with internet and satalite TV if it matters. Best part is the price and quality of animal you get for the price, which is dang near unbeatable. Additionally it is no kill no pay with is a plus. Just give it a look and I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. If you would like specifics then PM me.

No place in the state can sell big black buck for 1000 and stay open. For trophy class animals be prepared to spend 1800 and up.
