I just spoke with Bo and one of his daughters about first point and booking a hunt. Sounds like a great deal for what's included.
The too good to be true idea is only if you are expecting a "fully catered" hunt. It's tuff hunting and you must supply your own means of hunting, I.e. stand, blind ect... Otherwise you have a clean place to sleep and a place to store your game until you leave the property. Definitely trying them out this year!

. The only "hidden fee" which is not hidden but stated, Only mature BUCKS may be harvested (3 ½ years old or older) any buck younger than 3 ½ years old that is harvested will carry a $500 FINE.
