Any First Point reports??

Mike has been nothing but great. Just not much deer movement and what movement there is mostly at night. I'm going to accredit the bad year to the drought. But in better news I just drilled a javelina at 57 yards!!

I say truck and walk at least 50 yards to set-up.

You can take a 4 wheeler or ranger, but them things can be heard for miles!

If it rains much and your in 2 wheel drive, it can be pretty tricky. If it rains a couple of inches, 4 wheel drive only...

Other than that advice, I've seen just about everything but a bicycle out there.

Just pulled out. No deer saw this morning. Our group of 6 saw 3 does and 2 spikes total. There was 1 decent buck seen by another group but I'm not sure what pasture they were in. Mike said its been by far his worst year since he's had the place.

Did your group hunt the roads or off on trails? Sorry to hear that your group had a bad hunt. It seems that hunting has been bad everywhere this year. Hope it changes for us next week at FP.
