Don't get me wrong these are good prices and I can't afford it. Just have a area where my brother lives in Bandera county that I can go hunt, no guarantees all free ranging and there's getting to be more and more down in that part of Texas. The floods years ago that took out a lot of high fences got them started.

We have a few on our Hill country deer lease but the owner wont let us hunt them yet

Not for a few years yet.
I stocked 2 bucks and 8 does from one of those high dollar ranches but it will be several years before I have any to shoot at.

The hogs are really taking off, I went from having a few to having a bunch in just a few months

235 high fence 265 low. you can hunt either but I would expect better hunting inside the high fence

The red deer are not hard horned right now it will be September before they are ready to hunt again. I have 6 great stags that are $2500.00 before the discount and 10 good ones that are $1500.00
