A group of us are heading to Brushy Hill the first weekend in October. Has anyone hunted this ranch in the early part of the season. I've seen a lot of threads saying that it wasnt very good hunting, but the majority have been November and December hunts. I just figured we may have some good luck catching the big bucks still being stupid(patterned)

You know there are alot of nice deer down there, you just gotta find the right spot. In the Hog Heaven South, you should go down there and ride the feed route, and look where the most traffic is... Then tell your buddy Wayne where to sit so he can shoot one... lolComment
