Good whitetail hunt?

Just wondering on some opinions for a solid whitetail hunt in Texas. It would be a graduation gift and my father and I along with two family friends are looking for a good hunt that is affordable.

We'd like to keep it around or under $2,000 a person. Some of the hunters in our party would want to rifle hunt as well.
