Hunted there yesterday. I took my son and a customer. They both had a great time. 3 of my customers went last week and enjoyed it. Due to circumstances and my young son. He used my money to cover his mistake. I'm still not convinced I like this type of hunt. I saw a couple of animals that might give me a chance of not making a shot. I will be taking a group of hunters back in August. I saw what I think is some type of small antelope. He was nervous and moved through the brush so that none in the group, but me saw him. That's the one I want.

If you hunt the wooded areas (700 acres) instead of the open areas, it is more of a hunt. We hunted there back last month and had a great hunt. These areas are also alot cheaper to hunt. Depending on what you are looking to hunt in August, you might consider some of the other ranches that everyone ranks highly (Diamond C, Keith Johns, etc..).
