Does anyone know if there is someone that offers a hog hunt near Bastrop, Tx.? My wife is about 3-4 weeks from her due date and I can't go far from home. I would like stay within 30 minutes... Any info would be appriciated, need to stick something.

I asked the same question a few weeks ago. I live in Elgin and the closest place anyone spoke of was Lake Granger. It's public land and takes some scouting and it doesn't sound like a sure thing to see any.
Last week I was driving south on 95 between Elgin and Bastrop and saw about 20 hogs inside of the fence of Camp Swift. I would really like to find out if there is any hunting allowed on the camp. It seems like I catch a glimpse of hogs on the camp property on a weekly basis now.
