Draw Hunts

Just filled out all my slips for the draw hunts. I have 9, nearly $50 in application fees. Lets hope I get drawn for at least one.

Do they send you a letter or anything to give you the details of the hunt?

You will get a postcard in the mail but you can check with your social before then.

You get a letter with info if you get drawn. You get a notice of non-selection postcard if you don't get drawn. Hate those postcards.

Well all I put in for was alligator and a whitetail archery. I don't care about the whitetail really. I just want to get me and momma a new pair of boots.

Varies. Check the "Special Restrictions" (if any listed) on the hunt you are interested in. Some say centerfire rifles only. Some say shotguns and/or muzzleloaders only. Most don't have any special restrictions.
