Question- Specifically Caddo Grasslands

This might be a stupid question but I have no experience hunting public land. Might try to hunt Caddo a few times this year. Here are few questions I have.

Some of the compartments are secluded, where do ya’ll park? On the side of the road or at designated entry points? As long as there is a gate?

I am not sure if you are meaning the LBJ Grasslands in Decatur or the Caddo Grasslands near Bonham? Not sure if Caddo still requires on site registration but otherwise I believe you can enter by crossing any forest service fence as long as you don't have to park on private property to do so. Also you can now fill out on site registration via the mobile app so you no longer have to go directly to the registration site. I know that is the way it works at LBJ. I haven't been out to Caddo in a while so my memory might be a little rusty.
