Any report for Powderhorn WMA

Anybody hunt the Powderhorn WMA? Looking for reports on the place.

I saw some guys going in and out of there in the mornings this weekend. Didn’t get a chance to stop and talk to them though.

I imagine it was a tough hunt.

I have only seen it from a kayak would love to go explore it more. Also there are some “toothy” critters out there.

My buddy's 2 boys drew the youth hunt this past weekend. His oldest got his first buck, nice lil 8 point. Said they saw a ton of bucks but were chasing so hard, couldn't get a good shot for the kids on most. His younger son got a Sambar cow. He said several of the hunters took down Sambar stags! Best hunt they've ever been on!
