Deer hunting plans got scuppered yesterday, so I went to Granger for the first time. I walked maybe 2-3 miles total, and saw 3 pigs.
The first two were unaware, and I had good wind, but I stalked too slowly. They were gone by the time I got into range. Lesson learned, move quick and keep them in sight...
The last one ran into a briar filled thicket and wouldn't come out, and there was no way in after him. Had to be home by noon, so I milled around a little while then left.Comment
