Didnt hunt the stand, blew a big sow out of there..

I left yesterday eve around 3pm. They had three down, two big ones...stayed out thurs frid and left sat afternoon...walked about 6 miles total, even took twenty hunters with me to willis creek and joint pushed the north and south side of the creek...saw 12 hogs and only one long shot was taken...saw more on the south side of the creek than the north...crazy.

If you find my orange/camo fleece hat with the Dallas star. Hang on to it. Probably about 1/4 mile in about 100 yards from the trail/jeep road.

Going to try 7 today pushing into 6. Should be on the ground by 430 if anyone wants to meet up.

Jumped a 125# sow with 4 or 5 piglets in tow. She stopped broadside about 75 yds out but it was so dark I couldn't see her thru my pins. Drew twice but never had a clean shot. Lots of signs all over the place.

Thats why your need a longbow, no pins, 75 yards just takes a little practice.

Kids out for school closure so tomor I go chase granger hogs....I saw where those three ran to that we chased at willis....there about 100 pounds each...cart be easy on that trail...what say yall?
