First frost wont be long in coming. That will knock the ticks way back. Course it also kills the weeds and makes them brittle, so you cant move as quietly. It is always something.

Saw a ton of does this morning. Found a good rub also. Got skunked by the hogs once again though. Sure was chilly.

Hey everyone, I posted on the Deer thread but I thought I would post on here too.

"THEFT! I'm pretty upset this morning as I went out last night, the 30th, and my ground blind was gone. I spent alot of money on that blind and spent alot of time in it as well, and would like to have it back. I used that blind several times a week and took my first doe in that location.
Did anyone see anyone carrying a blind, taking down or setting up a blind in the San Gabriel unit, Gate 5 or 6? Maybe a Park ranger took it for some reason? Maybe someone wanted to use it and moved it a few hundred yards away? I'm willing to give you the benfit of the doubt here if you could let me know where it is so that I can continue to hunt. There is no worse feeling than driving 30 minutes from home, walking 20 minutes to my location to find out that my trip is ruined. Please help.
It's a Field N Stream ground Blind. It was taken either Sunday or Monday, the 28th or 29th of October. It's Real AP camo. It has 8 windows that zipper down, they are upsiode down triangle windows. The windows on the corners are bigger. It can easily be identified if I got my hands back on it since it has some specific wear and tear in a few areas."

Here at the boat launch now. A hunter walks out. Said someone stole his tree stand also. If you have stuff set up out here cable lock it. Seems like some people are out here shopping.
