I am in Cacho. Saw several bucks this morning. Couple of fights.a 10 was keeping a 9 out of thearea. I tried to get the 10 past the ears, but couldn't.
I rattled him back out at 11:00 this morning. Had a big 9 come out at dark.

Just FYI but I hunted and corned both in the bush and on the senderos near drainages. I had as much or more activity right off or on senderos as I did in the bush. Really light corn like a light trickle along 100-200yds of sendero. Last 30-45min of daylight they were hitting it.

That’s what we’ve been doing. My dad set up a new blind had deer right away tonight

Don’t sleep on the youth blinds. A guy killed a 170 inch deer out of one with a crossbow the year we were there. I was there on a rifle hunt, and had a 150 in how range sitting in one, but I’d already shot my trophy. It’s worth a shot with this wind. Better than losing a whole afternoon.
