t-d; good luck finding any bow worth its salt for $100. You might get lucky at a garage sale, but that is about it for that price.
Nightstalker; MikeW is right they dropped the poundage limit completely this year. You can hunt with suction cups this year. My Dad hunted with a 35# fiberglas bow for years in PA and took deer.

I bought a 50# bear for $100. Allready shot at a pig at granger#7. He was laying down in some thick brush. my arrow deflected off a branch and went high but it was fun to get a shot off. Looks like there closed for a few days except the sore finger. Is there any pigs in the sore finger?

Hunted Granger last sunday below the dam, I was there all day and didn't see or hear a thing. Anyone know what they are doing this week out there? It's only closed for 4 days so Im wondering if there releasing water below the dam or if they are bringing in the helocopter to kil pigs? I'd like to find out. I'll prolly be out early saturday mourning till noon or so. hope they move back in, this time of year was great last year, although it wasn't as dry.

I was out this mourning with my brother. We walked from the water treatment plant to the primitive camping area. We both missed hogs that were in heavy cover. I will be out again next friday prolly all day. Im gonna pack a lunch and give them hell. It was a busy day out there today, saw 4 guys near the campground ( the must have had a boat to cross the river, cause we got out there at first light and it's a long ... walk) and three trucks going in when we left with at least seven guys. It doesn't appear that they did a heli shoot this last week, and the trails are covered with corn, someone spent alot of money corning out the trails.
