I was been rifling hunting the last few years on a buddy ranch. I am wanting to switch over and start bow hunting public lands. I live in the Fort Worth area. How is LBJ grasslands for deer hunting? Looking to start hunting there the 2017 season.

Just visited my first public hunting land last week. Rifles were allowed there and it was fairly nerve racking because you are not certain where anyone else is and those rounds can travel far. Very high contributed to why I want to check out archery only public lands
