Since Texas Parks and Wildlife is now managing draw hunts at the National Refuge's is Texas is this a precursor to Texas succeeding from the United States?

That's one of my favorite things about Trump.. Out of all the who knows how many Republicans in the primary he was the only one that was opposed to this.. Although Texas doesn't really have much federal land left to give!
