Anyone hunted here lately, or know anyone that has? We have a place that borders it and I was just curious how it has been for ya'll.

Never been drawn but have applied for deer/hog hunts there a few times, the sucess rate in the TPW book always seems to be 0% though. I know the hunting at some of the other WMA's just down the road is real good now that they've put restrictions on the deer hunting.

I don't think it's open for deer anymore. Just hog and there is a postcard system for ducks.

Got drawn for the duck hunt 2 years ago and it was GREAT!!!!!

They are doing a drawing for hogs/deer this year, but I think there is only one weekend.

ttt. anyone new here hunt around this area? I am trying to get back into hunting it/ improving the deer herd and hope we can find some neighbors that border us that don't kill young deer.
