Wow. Theft sounds like a real problem. Anyone ever had anything stolen from their campsites? Is this something I should be concerned about?

Guys if you are having that much trouble with theft at the Buttes, let TPWD and local sheriff's know. Dont just discuss it here to vent. Something has to be done, as good hunters we need to stop this in tracks( you spend too much on equipment as it is). I hunt public lands NF close to Houston and I hang cams up high and lock. Most thieves are looking ground level for your stuff.

FIL just said he shot a 6 in area 9. Hopefully LDP in a little while. I’m packing up in 8 and headed his way. I just had a buck chase a doe off my corn but could get them to stop
