      The Fannin Unit is 1700 acres and borders the Red River. You can hike out and camp along the river. It's archery only for deer and hogs.
      I used to hunt on 88 acres adjoining Bois De Arc creek before it became the public land. A family friend had it . He had a spring coming off the side of a hill.

      There were persimmon trees and horseradish growing every where.

      I don't know if his land was taken in by the Public lands, but if it was it'd be on the back side of it.
