Just out of range. My 12 yr old is trying to get his 1st bow kill and I wanted to give him every opportunity. I am going ti Ill. in 4 weeks and will have my chance then. But it would be nice to have some fresh meat in the freezer. Like to nail a hog also. Any recommendations there?
Im leaving for Missouri in 30 days for about 2 weeks, I can't wait. good luck to you in Illinois. I hit a big hog two weeks ago at nails and couldnt find him. Im betting anywhere near a creek or creek bed will be your best bet. I shot him as I was sittin right next to a dry creekbed.
