TPWD drawn hunt party app question

As far as getting people on my party app with me:

Do I have to get all my buddies info and put everything in at the same time on my computer then have them reimburse me?

Or, after I put in for all my hunt apps, can I give them my info and they can jump onto my app and pay their own fees?

You need their info beforehand and I don't know of any way to split up the payment.

Only way I know of is at the same time, if theres another option id like to know how as well

You have to have all the info and pay for everybody at once. But if you want to split up the payment, you can divide up the hunt applications that your group wants to put in for and have every person enter and pay for an equal part of the total apps. But then you have to make sure that everybody gets their apps put in before the deadline.

It's easier for one person to just do all of them. If you have somebody that you are worried about paying you back for his share, then you probably shouldn't be hunting with him anyway.

The application fees go in at the same time, but if you get drawn, the subsequent permit fees can be paid separately (by each individual hunter on the application).

Well, the way TPWD has it set up now, you can apply with your buddies on your app. Then, you could get your buddies to do the same. There is no more "getting disqualified"!!!

Still can't do this with the new system. While you can apply for multiple hunts within a category, you can't put in more than once for the same area within the same category, whether as the lead applicant or as a secondary applicant on another's application. The system will kick it back (won't let you pay out).
