I grew up in that neck of the woods, but never hunted deer there. Have seen lots out in there over the years though. We used to walk that river bed and fish the "holes" of water for catfish long before the lake was ever built. I've only been out there once sice the lake was built; it is a really nice lake. I looked into hunting out there but it seems kind of expensive if you're not a Lubbock resident. just my $.02.Comment
