Enchanted Rock- Scouting

[Ungawa]

Went to scout Enchanted Rock on Friday. Looks pretty good, rough parts in it, but boy did it get hot in the afternoon. Take pleanty of water. The weather forcast for Tuesday looks about the same. I did not see any deer, but I am sure there are plenty.

Ive seen lots of deer in the parking lot there actually ...never been drawn there so never actually scouted it but its beautiful country were there a few times a year getting to hunt it would be pretty cool.

Hunted on a property very close to Enchanted Rock and the deer population was decent and the pig numbers were out the roof

If its like when I hunted it, maybe 4 deer were killed and a couple were fawns because thats all they saw. I think I was the only one to see consistent deer numbers but I never killed anything. Saw a big 10 but was not allowed to shoot forked bucks. I was hunting in the back. While camping in the park, there was deer everywhere at night in the parking area.
