Do y'all ever do any good at atoka ? I have a lease pretty close and scouted atoka several times, its a very impressive place just never hunted it

There's some good bucks at Atoka, You can see a lot of deer there but by the time season gets here the bucks are tuff to see on their feet during daylight hours.

No I was just wanting to try something new. Figured I would head up and scout and spend a week hunting.

We use to fish McGee creek lake a lot and see quit a few deer along the river banks.

I'm headin up the 23-27. Not sure where I'm headin but any advice would be great. Between wister, kaw, waurika, Kerr, McGee and atoka.

check regs- i know that atoka and mcgee are closed the weekend 25-26 for drawn hunts

Thanks hadn't gotten to serious in planning yet, just places that I'm somewhat familiar w already. Thinkin I'm gunna try my luck at wister and then head north from there but my start at waurika
