You may not be able to be sure.

AZ will be considering pretty big changes in 2015 to go into affect in 2016.

The biggie is forcing 50% of available NR tags into the 1-2 pass and not allowing them to be totally consumed int he Bonus Pass.
The idea is to do something to help ease point creep in the top end units.

Not sure yet if this is gonna be good or bad. I suspect bad for high point totals and good for the guy that draws Unit 9 with 0 points.
