Question on draw hunts

Do deer taken on the draw hunts count toward your hunting license limits or are they in addition to those tags on your license

Example
If I use all my whitetail tags and get draw for a whitetail hunt can I still hunt or am I out since i am out of tags?

No the draw hunts provide tags similar to MLD permits
