I think I am going to do the Archery hunt this year, but it might just be both weekends instead of the whole week.

I've been on the rifle hunt the last 13 years. now that I'm retired I might try the archery hunt too.

Danny you should have called me when you were in Galveston. I'm down there most weekends. Turning in my vacation time today for the hunt. Can't wait to get back down there. How's it look? Have they been getting any rain?

How long is the class good for? Life, or do you have to renew it every year?

Sorry guys was out of town again had to take Hunter to Austin college to visit with the Head Baseball Coach. If you have taken the class its good for life. Just bring your card when you come to scout. I have had a little rain the fields around the refuge area look good and green. The deer I have been seeing all look to be healthy and Ive been told by a person on the refuge the skeeters are also healthy. But we would have it no other way I guess.

Wouldn't know what to do with myself if there were no skeeters at the refuge.
