if you can, move your stand further out. If he has a pattern (as random as hogs are not likely but maybe) he'll take the same path and you may get a shot off as he approaches feeder. good luck!
Hang back as far as you can and still see the feeder. Spend a little time and clear a trail down, let him get in and start feeding, then sneak up and kill him!
