Max rounds/decoys public land only

Was wondering if anyone knew off the top of their head if there was a max on rounds you can have loaded while rifle hunting. Just converted my rifle over to magazines and have a 10 round mag only.

I was also curious if decoys could be used on public land.

I don't know of any public lands that restrict your magazine capacity.
The ones that I have hunted on did not restrict decoy use either.

I would call the area(s) you plan to hunt to make sure though.

No rifles on LBJ...black powder, shotgun and bow only...most public lands use the state or local laws for rules like mag capacity...but like the above stated, call the district office first and be sure...never heard of any decoy restrictions except for leaving them for extended times...I pack in and carry out everything anyways...good luck

I have been using a decoy on public land the the past few weeks. Its inflatable which makes it easy to hall in. Obviously be careful using a decoy on public land so you don't get shot
