harvesting deer on public land?

Was anyone lucky enough this year to harvest deer or even hog so far with a bow at lake grapevine, lake tawakoni, or caddo national grassland(either unit). if so how often did you see game? just curious--thanks chris

i hunted caddo a few times this year and saw deer everyday....havent harvested one yet from there though, but been going for past 4 years and havent had a trip yet where i was skunked with no game sightings

I took a buck and a doe this year. It took me a month+ before I even saw a buck, but I left my mark on him. Very high presser area. Had close to 30 days in the trees.
