Need all the help i can get. me and a friend got picked for bow hunt here. we put in for because it is almost a sure thing that we were going to get picked. knowing that we firgured the hunting was not the best. but if any one else is going please let me know. and if anybody has any pointers for us about hunting there

I hunted there a long time ago, we got the unit that was the furthest away from the camp. It had a big power line running through it. There was a nice funnel where the river ran out to the pipeline. We killed 2 doe out of our group and seen some nice bucks. It's hard hunting but it should be fun. I'll try to google map it and drop a pin on the funnel we found

. That's the power line that runs through the unit. If you get this unit I would look hard at this area. Goodluck

Bow season opens up Oct 1st with AHP, along with squirrel season. Get as far from the roads as you can and hunt hard.
If I decide to hunt out there before you go I will PM you how the hunting is. You can bet I will be far from any road.
