Laguna Atascosa archery hunt #1 vs archery #2

Do any of you know the success rate difference in these two hunts?? Is it better to be on #2 bc of less hunters or is #1 better bc the rifle guys haven't been there yet?? Just curious what you guys think.


For anyone who has hunted both which did you see more animals.

Sorry I'm really no help but i have done the 1st hunt and from what i heard it was better than the 2nd one.

never done the second, just know that all of the rifle hunts are before 2nd archery hunt.
i'm guessing more rut , more buggered deer.

I'm wondering more about the nilgai not deer. I won't shoot a deer unless it's a p&y. I hunt deer at my place here. Just wondering if the nilgai are still running around then

Nilgai are everywhere, your just going to walk/bike further in on the second hunt.
