Where can you find out if a WMA will have standby draws?

Call the WMA before the hunt they will tell you what they have planned

yep, the online catalogue will usually say if standbys may be available. some are just a straight no. But call the WMA a couple days before the hunt and they will usually even tell you how many cards they expect to draw.
