I got drawn gun hunt doe/anterless 12/9 - 12/11. 26% harvest rate. Can't get them sitting on the couch here in Houston. Anyone in this forum going/has hunted there?

I've hunted there a few times before. Not on the actual draw hunt itself, but during the rest of the season, you're able to hunt it with just the APH. I think the major difference is you can rifle hunt on the draw hunt and it's bow only the rest of deer season (with the APH). Of course it will be closed to the general public during the draw hunt.
I saw a few pigs while hunting there but wasn't able to get in range of them. There are definitely deer there but I wasn't able to get on them while hunting. Having said that, I didn't really scout it out like I should have (kinda looking back and learning).
