2nd draw seems long

Usually 10 days I thought but seems to be going a little long this time. I normally hold off putting in the next round of apps till my 2nd draws are done.

The payment deadline is the 15th so everything is on schedule. The reason the payment deadline isn't earlier is because the next business day after the September 1st application deadline was September 5th because of Memorial Day.
