Anyone on here ever hunted Guadalupe River SP - Bauer Unit my boy drew youth unit

I believe Texas Grown drew a Permit there last year. He did very well!!!

I was drew this hunt on second draw last year along with Texas Grown. I was hunting the State Park side of the unit, ended up taking home 3 axis does.

I go there often on my kayak and sometimes hike through the unit. Should have a great chance at Axis. Sometimes some other exotics can be found in there from Mays ranch

Very well run hunt! The staff is great! Last year, all the kids except one took home a critter before our hunt. There are several blinds on the Bauer. So, it will really depend on which one's they decided to use.
