    Yes, I did Utah. They don't require a field day to get the certificate.

    That was a few years ago. Just go through the list of states to find the ones that don't have a field day.

              I just completed the TX online. Forgot that I had started it awhile back but just needed to finish last section and pay. Nice surprise
