Their system is so screwed up… Why cant they draw everything all at the same time instead of dragging it out for 3 months? Makes it hard to plan anything

Just hope if I hit today hope it isn't another hunt that conflicts with my existing hunt. Both 2nd chance drawings in the past did.

I wouldn’t call it screwed up but I 100% agree with not dragging out the draw dates! I drew Gus E archery and daughtery postcard and one orientation is on a Tuesday and the other on a Wednesday…. Sure makes it hard

I actually dont mind them spreading it out. There are so many hunts and dates that overlap that I'm glad they spread it out instead of drawing all in one swoop and have dates overlap. After drawing two hunts, I withdrew some of my entries. Next year I will just apply category by category as results come in and deadlines approach.

This is what I’ve been doing. It takes paying some attention but as I drew a few things or more things came up in my schedule I dropped a few hunts along the way that I otherwise may have ran into conflict with if I even drew them.

I always just sit down with my brother at the beginning of the draws and go through everything at once, but end up having to withdraw on some where we could have just waited until one category closed to apply for the next... next year i'll go this route...
