Anybody hunt public land in Nebraska? Any spot recommendations?

I have looked into Harlan reservoir but have not yet hunted it.

hunted around harlen 3 years the first was great hunting the last few were terriable due to the over hunting. There is alot of row crops so there is roads that run through the whole place.
