Got drawn stand by for sec 9. My bud and I went to the dark side, x-bow to eliminate a drawing in the vertical archery category. Decent spots so far, I'll post any progress.

Out of those I talked to some deer were seen and 1 doe brought in. I watched a frisky 6 pt trotting and looking for does. Getting windy now, well see what the pm brings

Saw the same 6 pt right at dark. Only one other person in our area saw 1 doe today. Tomorrows another day but the winds will pick up before the front. Doing a little more scouting tomorrow. More to come

Good luck, my cousin was out there last week with x-bow but I have not asked him how he did. He shot a 160+ with a gun there a couple years ago. Maybe you'll be so lucky this year

Day started very nice and overcast just a little too much wind. I relocated thinking the does may have moved from where I was set up, we'll see. So far only 3 deer brought in. Change of weather coming tonight so maybe we can salvage something.

Steady deer movement just lots of small bucks. Waiting on a shooter.

Good luck guys. I was just there last Saturday with my dad. He lives just down the road about 2 miles. He has fished that catfish creek since i was in diapers. He was showing me how clear that water is and we noticed dead fish laying around. This has happened before because of someone dumping something in the water that changed the pH. We only noticed carp or buffalo laying dead. There are some good deer in that place that I have seen over the years. I'm tempted to put in for the draw one of these days

Waited out the 30+ mph winds this am and went out at noon. Finally had a doe come in at 630, 25 yds but no shot. Ill take horns if they come but I'm not waiting for them. Predicting mid 30's in the am. Still trying
