Sweating in my stand. Scouted a few places a little further out today. Hoping for some good GC pics. Thermocell helping me out today. I'm eat up with skeeters.

Saw 3 doe. But they saw me first. They win!

Saw a falcon on the ground. It let me get about 3 feet from it so i could get a picture then i walked away. Didn't see any deer but i was doing more scouting than hunting. I found a nice spot for tomorrow though. Now im listening to the coyotes by the lake.

Well, this week has sucked for me. I think I'm just gonna not hunt for like a week until the cooler temps roll in. Skeeters are too bad at Aquilla and according to my camera the deer are only coming to my spot at night. I'll just go out there to keep corn on the ground till then. Good luck to any of you guys hunting this weekend. I want to see some deer on the ground pics.
