Does anybody know if I can apply online? It seems I lost my app book and even if I find it today I doubt they would make it to Austin by Thursday.

Looks like that part of their website is still down. You'll have to fill out cards and turn them in. A couple of years ago, I ended up late like this. I called a client of mine in Austin and asked if she'd drive the entry forms to the TPWD office for me and give them a check. She was glad to. I faxed her my forms and mailed her a check (with extra $ for her gas and time), and she took care of it for me from there.

I guess I could print off forms and next day them just in case, and then not get drawn. Thanks Shane.
