Tattooed Pig?!

This is odd…. Seen bugs in front of animals plenty of times, but this “mark” is clearly on this pig, as it moves with the pig. This isn’t fancy computer work, cause I wouldn’t even know where to start [emoji1787]. Anyone seen anything like this?
