Getting to be that time again!

Coming back from a run this evening and this guy was cruising after a doe. He was after her and she was not having it. It’s definitely getting to be that time! Living in a neighborhood with lots of deer and also being a runner makes it interesting to see their movements. While running in the spring/summer the main group of bucks I see seems to live about a mile away from my house. I have a group of about 10 does that stick close to my house most the year as well. Like clockwork, as soon as middle end October hits I start seeing those bucks cruising through my yard. When I saw him this evening I ran in and grabbed my camera to get a couple pics!
