Any ideas on best backpack for a DSLR and gear?

I just got my Canon 40D, Tamron 17-55, Canon 70-200, Slik Mini tripod and ballhead. I will be adding a Tokina 11-16 and I need a backpack that can hold it all plus a light jacket, and all the other junk my wife wants to stuff in it on our travels (think guide books, sandwiches etc...).

Any ideas?
