I have, but it has been abut 10 years ago...It is a beautiful place....

We went this summer on a cruise stop. If we had to choose one place, we would go back there (and will in the future). We rode scooters down the island and it was a trip.

Kevin, how safe was it to travel on the scooters?

Look at Martinique and St Maarten as well. Martinique is French and the Southern beaches on this windward island are classic palm lined, white sand beaches. Clothing is optional There's a volcano there that had recent activity and the colors are everywhere.

St Maarten is Dutch on the south and French on the North. Both cultures make this island a European style Caribbean get a way experience. I've been to many islands in the Caribbean and those two stood out for me.

Kevin, how safe was it to travel on the scooters?

The kicker is you drive on the opposite side of the road. I don't ride motorcycles much but Anna does so I basically followed her around. Traffic wasn't bad at all but the roads are the best.
