I recently pulled down a 5D Mark III. While I've been very impressed with the images I've gotten in a little less than a week with it, it really excited me last night. My wife and I took a little drive through the neighborhood at sunset. The deer were out and I had my 300mm with 1.4x tele attached to the camera. I did not expect to get anything noteworthy given the lighting. Afraid to push the ISO above 1600, I attempted some hand held shots at a very low shutter speed for the lens (1/40 of a second). When I pulled the shots and tweaked a bit in Lightroom, I was really impressed. I'm going to love this body!
